Aluminum Die Casting Services

Aluminum die casting services

Aluminum die casting has been a specialty of Die Castings China since 1995. Our aluminum die casting services have assisted OEMs all over the world with producing parts at lower costs with unrivaled consistency, professionalism and delivery. Our aluminum die casting manufacturing expertise, pair with our state-of-the-art machinery, assures that our aluminum alloy parts will receive the highest grade alloy materials and casting processes. We have the necessary experience and expertise to ensure all phases of the manufacturing process and delivering schedules to our clients.

Aluminum Die Casting Manufacturing Process

There are a number of different aluminum alloys we currently use for aluminum cast parts. Each material grade (listed in the chart below) offers varying chemical breakdowns and mechanical properties. Our die casting parts can range in sizes from less than one ounce up to 30KG. By strictly following the IATF16949 standards, we have optimized equipment operator functions. This has resulted in our “supply chain niche” of being able to consistently produce high grade aluminum alloy parts with annual usages from thousands to millions.

Aluminum die casting

Our aluminum die casting manufacturing facility has automated LK and Toshiba machines with clamping pressure tonnages that range from 160T to 2,500T. This allows us to cast a wide range of very durable, precise shapes and components for a various original equipment manufacturer industry fields and applications from a few grams to over 35 pounds which are used in automotive industry, agricultural industry, electronic industry, motor industry and many more. Little or no machining is required after a part is die cast, because the process provides very close tolerances for even complex shapes. Aluminum die castings can also be easily plated or finished.

Quality Control measures

Aluminum die castings

Die Castings China is a IATF16949, ISO 9001 and 1SO14001 certified facility.  By proactively maintaining a strict quality management system, careless production errors and material waste has been reduced from the factory assembly lines.  These process controls have created an environment in which die cast part quality and expectations are assured. The Engineering Team and specialized Quality Control Staff interfaces on a daily basis with the production lines, to detect quality issues before they occur.  The most important goal of Die Castings China is to constantly maintain our effectiveness in meeting or exceeding our customer expectations on each project, regardless of production quantity.

Die Casting Services in China

Die casting is used to produce zinc and aluminum alloy die casting parts, by injecting molten alloy material – under high pressure – into reusable steel molds (also known as dies). They can be designed to produce very complicated metall alloy parts with pin point accuracy.

Aluminum Alloy

Aluminum die casting has been a specialty of Die Castings China since 1995.

Our aluminum die cast services have assisted OEMs all over the world with producing parts at lower costs with unrivaled consistency, professionalism and delivery.

Zinc Alloy

Our goal is to deliver your the chinese zinc die casting products exactly to print specifications.

Zinc can be casted to precision tolerances, have thinner wall sections, good sureface finish, complex shapes and much longer tool life. Die Castings China has the capacity to produce zinc die casting parts with a wide variety of in-house plated and/or painted finishes.

Machining & Secondary

Machining services are one of the core advantages in our China facility.

CNC machining related products

OEM customers are regularly seeking a complete (all-in-one-house) supplier for their custom products. Die Castings USA serves this customer need by providing an fine tuned list of secondary services.

Deburring Services

All of the zinc or aluminum die castings we manufacture are completely free of all burs.

Our precision deburring services are the best choice to remove any burs on a die cast part. All of the zinc or aluminum die castings we manufacture are completely free of all burs. This deburring service will operate in the same fashion, regardless of zinc or aluminum material types.

Heat Treating

Heat treating is used as a secondary die casting process, after initial casting phase.

This process is used to improve the mechanical and physical properties of an aluminum die casting. This process consists of the heating and cooling of a die casting, which does not change or affect the shape of a casting.

Sand & Shot Blasting

Shot blasting is post-production finishing service that is processed through rapid impacting of part’s surface.

This results in a faster and more efficient process when compared to filing for flash removal that remained on  die cast component after the zinc or aluminum die casting process. By using very specific types , Die Castings China can shot blast parts of all sizes and shapes.
