Dievar steel is a specially developed steel grade by Uddeholm. This specialty steel was developed to provide the best possible performance. Chemical composition and cutting edge production technique make the Dievar property profile outstanding. A combination of excellent surface toughness and hot strength versatility give Swedish Dievar Steel a very good heat checking- and gross cracking resistance. This special steel is ideal hot work applications such as die casting and extrusions.

Dievar allows for very significant enhancements in die life; which results in a producing the tool economically with maintenance cost savings. Dievar is a high performance chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloyed hot work tool steel which offers a very good resistance to heat checking, gross cracking, hot wear and plastic deformation. This special steel grade is characterized by:

Our tooling department uses state-of-the-art tooling design equipment and software. The high-speed CNC machining center and precision EDM machines allow Ningbo Xusheng to produce mold cores and cavities to meet the most demanding project tolerances and high volume capacities.

The China mold making workshop, features modern die cast machinery to quickly develop new products for our OEM customers. Since our facility is equipped with more than 30 sets of professional mold processing machines, we can develop die molds of all sizes that can be used in our casting machines that range from 160T – 1600T.
